About the Show

The Vigil is an annual event held to remember the women and children who have lost their lives because of domestic and family violence. We invite the South Australian community to stand in solidarity with those who have lived experience of domestic and family violence, and in honour of those whose lives have been lost.

This year, the Vigil is hosted by Ali Clarke and will feature performances by local artists with speakers to be announced.

Join us in sending a message that domestic and family violence is never tolerated, and that South Australians are united in coming together to make our state, and homes, safe for all.

This is a free, child friendly, accessible community event. Organised by the Coalition of Women’s Domestic Violence Services SA.

This event takes place on Kaurna land. We pay respect to elders past, present and emerging.
