About the Show

This stunning night of entertainment will go out with a bang with a stunning 10-minute fireworks finale.

The free twilight concert will be held on Thursday 26 January 2017 from 6pm to 10pm at the Whitehorse Civic Centre lawns (Soundshell Stage), 379-397 Whitehorse Road, Nunawading.

The Whitehorse Australia Day Awards will be presented earlier in the evening, along with a special citizenship ceremony to be held in the Whitehorse Centre theatre prior to the concert.

Free rides and amusements will be available from 5.00pm to 9.00pm. Food stalls will operate from 5.00pm onwards. ATM facilities will be available for this event.

Darren Percival will be headlining this year’s Australia Day Concert with support from Hunters and Collectors’ horn supremo Jack Howard and his band Epic Brass.

The 15 rockin’ ladies from the Rebelles will take you back to the 60’s, while Australia’s Got Talent finalists Superhoodz will dance up a storm on stage.
